Problems using website

If you are experiencing any problems when trying to place an order using Windows Internet Explorer. Please make sure that your compatibility view is set correctly.  To fix this go to tools, click on the compatibility view tab, this should sort the problem out. If not please feel free to contacts us and we will process your order from our end.

Balloon Prices

What you see is what you pay. All our balloons & balloon bouquets include free balloon delivery postage and are inclusive of VAT. There are no credit card charges. So no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout.

Upgrade Balloon postage

If you choose to upgrade to Next Day Special Balloon Delivery service this will be charged at a reduced rate to take into account the balloon post already included. This service is offered at the checkout page.

Balloon Delivery

All balloons are delivered by Royal Mail on the day you request. In the unlikely event no one is at the address to receive the balloon Royal Mail will leave an attempted delivery form, which will give the recipient different options for re-delivery or collection.
Delivery to offices, factories, hospitals Etc. are at your own risk. Balloonking.co.uk cannot be held responsible for late or missing goods to none domestic addresses. Generally in our experience we have not come across any issues. In these circumstances please use the delivery information tab for a more detailed explanation of the service.

Balloon Changes

Weights, ribbons and balloon bouquets may differ slightly to the pictures but in the main will be as close as possible.
The main balloon will remain the same. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply the main balloon you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a refund.

Balloon Conditions

Balloons can deflate in cold conditions during transit, if this is the case with your balloon place in a warm room and it should be restored to its normal condition.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event you should receive your balloon in a damaged condition please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via our email address. You will then be advised on returning your balloon at no cost to yourself. Please keep all original packaging for returning your balloon in a box.
